Luca looked around. "So... Why are so many people here? Is what I'm doing so strange?"

Keena hesitated. "Well, most people at a school don't catch their breakfast and cook it behind their house," she said, crossing her legs. None that she'd seen had, at least.

Luca shrugged. "I didn't know where the food was. I was too busy fighting the forest last night to find it. Some lady from a gray house said three kids were lost and I can track. Then there was that weird spider in Twilight House that was going to eat the other kid... No time for food searching in the house." He didn't really care. He was used to hunting for his breakfast.

Keena blinked. "Wow, I slept through a lot then," she commented. Though she had been exhausted and the girl's side of the Twilight House was a ways away from the forest. Then she blinked. "Wait, a spider was going to eat Arrinjo?" she asked, extremely curious now.

Luca shrugged. "Kill him at least." He seemed unfazed, as though killer spiders were an everyday occurrence. He looked at Keena. "How's the food?"

Master Kalldrell's eyes widened as soon as he heard about the killer spider and he looked first to Arrinjo then to Crizzt. "Crizzt take Arrinjo inside please and give him the advanced exercises for the rest of the entire day. Luca tell me exactly what this spider looked like" His eyes were burning but his face was blank.

Luca blinked. "Black and red. Crizzt said it was a queen spider." He shrugged. "Don't much about them. There weren't any where I'm from. Some spirit helped me find it before it was too late."

Master Kalldrell shook his head slowly. "Why was I not awoken? THe next time that happens come get me"

Keena blinked. "The food is fine, but that's not the point," she said impatiently. "You didn't mention this earlier because...?"

Luca shrugged. "Because it's dead and the kid is fine. Is there a reason I should have said something earlier?"

Crizzt walked up Arrinjo and got him head back to the gym, and once inside the gym, Arrinjo asked "Master Crizzt, what is advanced exercises?"

"Advanced exercises is something that helps increase your physical abilities to their at most peak so that you can fight or defend your-self longer," Crizzt said as he opened up the gym's equipment room.

"What are those crates?" Arrinjo asked as he looked in to the gym's equipment room.

"The training equipment for the advanced exercises," Crizzt said as he opens one of the crates.

Keena stared at Luca for a moment, then shook her head. "You are very strange, Luca," she said bluntly.

Luca tilted his head. "Strange? How?" He still didn't understand everything. He knew he was out of place, but maybe it would be prudent to learn why he was out of place.

Keena blinked. "Well, for one thing, you would rather catch your breakfast than accept the one that is provided. You seem to have a very...interesting view on other people and how the forest works. And...I don't know. There's just something about you."

"I'm used to finding my own food, and I don't know enough people to know how to have opinions of them." He shrugged. "Perhaps you're the strange one." He finished eating and cleaned up his plate. He stuffed it in his bag to wash in a stream or river later. "I'm not the first, or only person that lives outside and spends their time exploring."
