Teron smirked a little. "Yeah?" he asked, teasingly. "Well she doesn't know what she's up against."

Daaj turned to him. "Teron, this isn't a game." He said slowly. "She once had two human males fight for her. They killed eachother, you know. She's my sister, and I love her, but some of our family members have a bit more genie in them then human."

Teron looked at him with a small smile. "Daaj, I've seen worse, alright?" he said calmly. "Relax. I haven't lived almost three hundred years by being an idiot. And if you're worried. She can't get in my head. It is literally impossible."

"How about instead of blowing me off, you say 'Okay Daaj, thank you for the warning'. I don't care if you think you're strong enough or not, or heed it in reality. But I know what I am talking about. I fight these urges every day of my life. It is not easy. Which is why we have the Path."

Teron gritted his teeth and glared at the greens in front of him for a minute. "Daaj..." he said slowly. "I am grateful for your warning." He moved over to the chickens and turned them, but then slipped past him and outside to get some air for a moment, grumbling under his breath in elvish.

Bianca approached him, smiling, carrying a small basket with the kittens. "Hello, Teron." she inhaled easily. "Cooking something?"

Teron looked at her with a frown, his arms crossed over his chest. "Yeah," he murmured, leaning against the building across the street from Daaj's hut. "Chickens, potatoes. Good ol' fashioned Western meal."

Bianca smiled a little. "Then why are you out here?" she questioned him, studying his expression.

Teron rolled his eyes a little and shook his head. "Because I am apparently an idiot," he murmured. He shrugged a little. "You're more than welcome to go in. You have an apology waiting, don't you?"

Bianca laughed a little and nodded. "I do." She said softly. "And you're not an idiot. I know idiots when I see them."
She brushed past him, but before moving forward into the tent, she paused and turned her head. "Oh, and Teron..." She whispered. "I like men that can cook." She winked a little and pushed in.

Teron glanced at her and smirked, but shook his head when she turned her back. He stayed a moment longer outside but then slipped back inside to continue cooking. At least now Daaj had a distraction so he wouldn't talk to him so much right?

Daaj hugged his sister. "Thank you, sister." He whispered softly. He kissed her on the cheeks and moved back. "I need to go check on Ishtar."

Teron quietly cooked, checking the potatoes and the chickens.

Ishtar had woken up at the sound of voices in the hut, but she lay still in the pillows, staring up at the shadows on the ceiling.

Daaj slipped into the room. "Hello beautiful." He whispered with a smile. He knelt down beside her and held water out for her.

Ishtar glanced over and smiled a little, propping herself up as she took the water. "Hi," she whispered. "How's it going?"
